Regarding the Accommodation

H.E. Vanadziņa accommodation is located in Cēsis, at Rīgas iela 15. We are a small hotel right in the heart of Cēsis old town, within walking distance of the most beautiful sights and places. Stay with friends or family after an educational day in Cēsis. Sleep together after dinner and walks. Sleep alone if you’re in Cēsis for business.

Vanadziņa House offers 4 different rooms — a single room, a double room (available in 4 units), a triple room, and an attic studio, which can accommodate up to 6 people. An additional extra bed can be added in each room.

Reservations

Reservations at Vanadziņa House can be made on our website www.vanadzinarestorans.lv by clicking the active button “Reservation in the Hotel,” which redirects to https://bouk.io/booking/vanadzina.

To book, you need to select your desired stay dates and the number of guests, choose the appropriate room, fill in your contact information, and make a 100% prepayment via online banking or credit card. For legal entities, bank transfer can be selected (payment order needed within 24 hours).

After booking, guests receive a written confirmation and an invoice sent to their provided email. By making a reservation, the guest confirms their agreement with these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation and Change Policy

For hotel reservation – If a accommodation reservation is canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival, a full refund (100%) is possible. If canceled later or if the guest does not show up, the payment is non-refundable. Reservations can be canceled through the BOUK system or by emailing info@vanadzinarestorans.lv.

Event tickets – are non-refunadble.

Check-in and Check-out

24 hours before arrival, guests will receive a reminder email with important information regarding their stay. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. In special cases, arrangements for different times can be made in writing.

Pets

Pets are allowed with prior reservation, by selecting and paying for the additional service “Pet Accommodation,” costing 20 EUR per dog/cat.

Safety Regulations

It is prohibited to bring and store fire-hazardous materials or use devices with open flames. In case of an emergency, immediately contact emergency services at 112 and inform us by phone at 24771771.

Damages

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the accommodation and its inventory, covering any costs incurred due to their actions. Damages must be reported immediately.
